Talk about having a great heart.
The Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is known for his impeccable decision and skills while on the field but what thing many are yet to know about the talented quarterback is that he has a very good heart. During the team’s final session as they closed their minicamp this week, the quarterback showed why he deserves the title of the most caring player in the NFL.
During the team’s last session in their minicamp, Carr, together with his other teammates were performing some of their last routines and it is during this time that Carr spotted a number of fans wh had been cheering them on as they practiced.
The Raiders quarterback left his other teammates doing the final drill and approached the small audience that had attended the training session to see them train. It’s good to not that the audience was made up off a group of special Olympians.
Upon reaching where they were the NFL star started by greeting them and thanked them for coming out and seeing them practice.
“Hey how are you guys doing,” he said. “I want to thank all of you for making the journey and spending your time with us we practiced.”
